International conference “New procedural instruments in post-pandemic reality”

On the 23rd of February 2023 the international conference “New procedural instruments in post-pandemic reality” was organized by the VU Faculty of Law. The event was organized in the framework of scientific project “Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the justice system. Case study and suggested solutions”. The first part of the conference was mainly devoted to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic to civil and criminal proceedings in Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine.

The second part of the conference was dedicated to the novelties for the service of judicial and extra-judicial documents and taking of evidence in the EU, as well as the challenges to hear civil and criminal cases in Ukraine during the war.
