Remote seminar “Problems of enforcement of court decisions in the European Union”
On 12th of October 2021 a seminar (webinar) organized by the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University took place on the issue of enforcement of court decisions in the European Union.
The purpose of the event is to raise problems with the execution of court decisions in the EU, analyze their causes and search for solutions.

This national seminar for the exchange of opinions and discussions is organized within the framework of the project EFFORTS (Towards more Effective enforcement of claims in civil and commercial matters within the EU), in which Vilnius University together with the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law, the University of Milan, the University of Heidelberg, the VUB University of Brussels and the University of Zagreb conducts comparative studies of EU problems, their causes and possible solutions in the implementation of court decisions.
