Conference “Online Dispute Resolution: Challenges and Prospects in Lithuania”
Will artificial intelligence replace judges? Will dispute resolution move to the online space? Who will be responsible for the decisions made by the algorithms? Answers to these questions were sought on November 19th, 2019, at the conference “Online Dispute Resolution: Challenges and Prospects in Lithuania” organized by the Faculty of Law of VU and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania. The idea to organize this kind of event came from “E. justice and ADR | alternative dispute resolution” for members of the scientific thematic group (MTG). More about it here (in Lithuanian).
