Cooperation with international research institutions

  •  The Centre’s initiative to organise Prof. Dr. Pei-Fen’s visit to the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University.

Prof. Dr. Pei-Fen Chen is a professor at Sun Yatsen National University, Institute of China and Asia-Pacific Studies, Taiwan. Since 2023, she has been the head of the Taiwan Fintech Industry Development Association. Her expected research topic is Challenges of Legal Regulation of Green Finance in Lithuania and Taiwan. The expected duration of the visit is 3 months.

MAIN AREAS OF SCIENTIFIC INTEREST, RESEARCH AND EXPERTISE

Main research themes:

  1. The impact of digitization in business and public management decisions;
  2. Legal decisions in the development of circular economy;
  3. Legal assessment of the impact of innovations and new technologies for the priority directions approved in the national progress plan in 2021-2030;
  4. Legal regulation of the green transformation in the EU context;
  5. Legal solutions and regulatory process for the transition to climate-neutral production.
