The annual publication of the Student Scientific Society of Vilnius University Law Faculty “Teisės mokslo pavasaris 2023” (en. “Legal Science Spring 2023”), is now available to the readers, featuring the best articles written by students and selected by an authoritative committee.
This year, the publication includes 16 research papers covering various areas of law – criminal, civil, financial, sports, international, etc. It is also pleasing that among the authors of articles are foreign students studying at the Faculty as well.
“The relevance of the articles is also evident and reflects the challenges of legal regulation that we are facing today and which are important not only for Lithuania”, – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haroldas Šinkūnas, Dean of the VU Law Faculty, addresses the reader at the beginning of the publication and emphasises the importance of the research.
Students worked on the research in collaboration with academics and practical mentors. The editor-in-chief of the publication is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rimantas Simaitis.
