10th International Conference of PhD Students and Young Researchers “The Good, the Bad and the Legal: Balance between Stability and Disruptions of Law” will take place in Vilnius on 18-19 of May 2023.

PRELIMINARY SECTIONS
►Law and Global Affairs: legal issues raised by globalisation, nationalism and their impact on national legal systems, EU and international law, including human rights, rule of law; various legal issues of private and public law related to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine; legal possibilities for Ukraine to become a member of the EU and NATO, war crimes, possibilities of creating a tribunal for war crimes.
►Law and Technology: legal issues raised by emerging technologies such as AI, fintech, digital markets, IoT, etc., to public and private law, including tort law, data protection, intellectual property, public governance, cybercrimes.
►Law and Climate Change: climate change impact on legal systems (national law, EU and international law).
► Law and Theory: issues raised in political theory and philosophy, of jurisprudence and legal theory.
► Issues of Private and Public Law: various other contemporary issues of private and public law.
Conference is organized by The International Network of Doctoral Studies in Law.
