On the 17th-18th of October fifth international seminar of PhD students has taken place at Paris Nanterre University. This time the topic of the seminar was devoted to methodological questions in contemporary law. PhD students discussed different topics: from historical approach to law to challenges to regulated contractual liability for robot failure or methods to deal with the financial law challenges in the era of Fin-Tech.
The annual seminar is one of the main field of activities of The International Network of Doctoral Studies in Law, which was founded by Vilnius University Faculty of Law, Frankfurt am Main J.W. Goethe University Faculty of Law, Paris Nanterre University Faculty of Law and Lodz University Faculty of Law and Administration.
Next seminar should take place at Lodz University.
