We are delighted to invite you to an online meeting with Aleksandra Klich, a distinguished legal advisor and academic from the University of Szczecin. Aleksandra has served as a judge for the prestigious Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition and successfully supervised a team that achieved second place in 2021.
The Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition is a globally recognized event that provides law students with the opportunity to refine and showcase their skills in client interviewing and counseling. Emphasizing practical, client-focused problem-solving, the competition fosters professionalism and effective communication in legal practice.
Inspired by this tradition, the National Client Consultation Competition (NCCC) aims to simulate real-world legal consultations, where student teams act as legal practitioners to:
- Elicit relevant information from clients.
- Explore clients’ motives and preferred outcomes.
- Outline the nature of legal issues.
- Present strategies or alternatives for resolving problems.
The NCCC serves as Lithuania’s selection process for the international stage, ensuring that our best and brightest represent the country in the Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition.
