Main scientific and research projects
- 2020-2021 main expert in the technical support project “Support for the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement Phase II”. The technical support project financed by the European Commission.
- 2019 national expert in the EU Twin project “Capacity building of the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia to implement the civil service reform” (ENI/2018/399-591). The project was financed by the European Commission.
Significant expert activity, membership
- Since 2022 member of the working group for organizing the selection of candidates for the European Court of Human Rights judges.
- 2019 February-April and 2022 June-November chairman of the working group to prepare the draft law on the amendment of the Law on Enterprises and Facilities of Strategic Importance to National Security and Other Enterprises Important to Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Since 2004 member of the Lithuanian Bar Association (non-practicing lawyer).
