Since 2012, Vilnius University Law Faculty Training Centre organises two (internal and external) types of training. Individuals from various companies, institutions and organisations participate in external training. Internal training is organised on the basis of individual queries. Training is conducted live or on-line, i.e. using the means of telecommunication.
The seminars within the Centre’s programme aim at providing the general public with information on the most recent changes in the regulations and jurisprudence, and on recent material findings in the legal science. Seminars for the general public are planned with particular regard to spreading the news about the findings and activities of the academics of Vilnius University Law Faculty and analysis of the regulatory processes, i.e. seminar topics are planned on the basis of the envisaged changes in laws. In addition, the Lithuanian jurisprudence is analysed, i.e. seminars are organised on the basis of the case-law widely discussed by the legal community.
Each year, there is a growth in the society’s interest in the seminars as well as in the number and variety of seminar topics to offer.
