Main scientific and research projects

  • Since 2023 scientific research project on the topic “Digital forensic, open data source and artificial intelligence as tools of international security“. Project is financed by European Commission Programme MSCA4Ukraine.
  • 2016, 2020-2023 short-term expert in the EU project “Support to justice sector reforms in Ukraine” (EU CONTRACT 2013/328-160).
  • 2011-2015 executor in the scientific research paper “Theoretical and practical problems of the implementation of the European Union legislation on criminal law, criminal procedure, and execution of punishment codes” conducted by the Department of Criminal Justice of the Vilnius University Law Faculty.

Significant expert activity, membership

  • Participation in the activities of dissertation defense committees, Faculty of Law of Vilnius University.
  • Lecturer in training for judges organized by the National Judicial Administration.
  • Since 2020 member of the Lithuanian Court Experts Coordination Council.
  • Since 2019 member of the Permanent Commission for Evaluation of Judges activities, from 2020 – chairperson.

Awards

  • 2015 Kyiv Forensic Research Institute award “For Merit”.
  • 2014 first-degree police insignia titled “Guardian Angel”.
