Admission requirements
The admission requirements at Vilnius University.
Online application
All international students whishing to study bachelor’s or master’s level programmes in English must apply online using the University Admission website.
Tuition fees
International and EU Law programme – 4295 euros (annual tuition fee)
Application fee – 100 euros per applicant
Scholarships and awards
Scholarships and yearly study fee funding of the state budget of Republic of Lithuania.
Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania takes pleasure in offering Lithuanian state scholarships for full-time Master degree studies for nationals of Republic of Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Ukraine, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Uzbekistan and People’s Republic of China as well as foreigners of Lithuanian origin to study in Lithuanian higher education institutions.
Exchange Students
Enrolment procedure
Exchange and free moving students should apply online.
The application is open:
From April 15 to June 1 for the Autumn semester or the Academic year
From October 1 to November 15 for the spring semester
Scholarships for Full-time Master degree studies
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania opens a Call for applications for 70 Lithuanian state grants for full-time Master degree or Integrated studies at Lithuanian higher education institutions for the academic year 2020/2021. The funding under the Call shall be provided to the nationals of the Republic of Ukraine, the Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Moldova, Japan, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the State of Israel and foreigners of Lithuanian origin.
Full-time Master degree studies:
- A monthly scholarship and a grant covering the standard study cost is offered for the nationals of the Republic of Ukraine,the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin (50 grants altogether, 40 of them – to the nationals of the Ukraine);
- A monthly scholarship is offered for the nationals of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Moldova, Japan, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the State of Israel (10 grants altogether).
