This year, from 6th to 7th of July third Jean Monnet conference took place in Geneva, Switzerland, where Vilnius University PhD student Karolis Jonuška was invited to read a paper on EU energy law and policy measures in combatting international climate change. Conference took place at University of Geneva, Law faculty in Switzerland and was dedicated towards the analysis of EU external action in areas of international energy, environment, defence and investment law.
Legal scholars’ papers, upon which presentations were made, will be published in international Geneva Jean Monnet Working Papers Collection.
Besides Vilnius University Law faculty PhD student Karolis Jonuška, other legal scholars from Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain and Germany took part, totalling more than 18 different European Universities.
