On 7th of July Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vigita Vėbraitė and lecturer and PhD student Victor Terekhov participated in international conference in Ukrainian capital Kyiv. The aim of the conference was to stimulate discussions on reform of civil procedure in Ukraine. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vigita Vėbraitė gave a presentation on special procedures in Lithuanian civil procedure and impact of EU Law on them. Victor Terekhov spoke about the principle of mutual trust in European civil procedure.
